Let's jump right to the beef.

Installing it is easy, open winmpq, delete the old units.dat and add the new units.dat
If these instructions are not easy enough, than I suggest you stick to the standard max units in the game, as you may lack the mental capacity to organize yourself.
After searching on google for about 8 hours, looking for ''modify maximum units starcraft", "change max units starcraft, more than 200 units starcraft, mod limit units starcraft", all that I found was a mod called zero-population....which couldn't be installed because of some old times related issue "something about not having the cd in I think".
Anyways...after that failed, it was time to get into the games files and see what to do...turns out zero populations author took the time to put the supply cost for every single unit to zero and saved everything as an mpq, opening the mpq file there was the units.dat file.
So I didn't do anything more than just package everything together in a easy to use zip.... I didn't even bother writing a script that will do all this with one click...but eh...no-ones paying me.
